JAVA FULL STACK LEAD
Experience: 10+ Years
Work Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Required Technical Skills:

- Solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
- Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB
- Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
- Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift
- CI/CD pipelines, Git and DevOps practices

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead application design, architecture and technical decisions
- Be hands-on with development and deliver scalable applications
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews and drive engineering best practices
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability and reliability
- Support cloud deployments, production releases and operational excellence
