Role & responsibilities

- Manage procurement of PVC leather cloth and fabric required for digital printing.
- Coordinate and maintain regular follow-ups with vendors, suppliers, and the Surat Digital Printing team to ensure timely procurement and execution.
- Maintain procurement data, trackers, and live dashboards to monitor orders, material availability, and follow-ups.
- Analyze procurement-related data and provide timely updates to support effective decision-making.
- Quarterly Visits to Surat/Vendor factory.

Candidate Profile:

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analytics.
- Experience in maintaining trackers, MIS reports, and live dashboards.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure timely execution of procurement activities.
