Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java-based microservices architecture on AWS cloud platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software development projects.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of complex issues related to J2EE technologies such as Hibernate and Spring Boot.
- Develop technical roadmaps for multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs.

Job Requirements :

- 6-12 years of experience in leading a team of developers working on large-scale enterprise applications using Java-based technologies like Hibernate, Spring Boot, etc.
- Robust understanding of AWS cloud platform services including containerization (e.g., ECS), serverless computing (e.g., Lambda), database management systems (e.g., RDS).
- Experience with J2EE development frameworks such as Hibernate, Spring Boot; knowledge of RESTful APIs design principles.
