Job Summary

Bonito Designs is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Kannada-speaking Telecallers to join our Pre-Sales team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their interior design requirements, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads.
- Communicate fluently in Kannada and English, with the ability to converse in Hindi being an added advantage.
- Explain Bonito Designs interior design services and offerings to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and project timelines.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales and design consultation teams.
- Follow up with interested customers to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer details, call records, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and a smooth customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate or undergraduate with relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Fluency in spoken Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Robust customer engagement, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and confident while making outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
