About the role

You will own the journey from sign-up to a funded, investing customer, plus our investment products – mutual

funds, SIPs, IPOs, bonds and other wealth offerings. You are accountable for account openings, activation, and

AUM and revenue growth in investments. This is a growth role first: you will build, but your primary job is to scale

what you own.

You will sit in a lean product team that runs product as a business, working directly with engineering, RMS,

operations, compliance, marketing and the business heads.

What you will own

- Digital account opening (KYC, eKYC, CKYC, e-sign, bank and nominee flows) and its conversion rates
- Time-to-activate and first-fund / first-transaction rates
- Investment products: mutual funds and SIPs, IPO and other primary-market journeys, bonds and new wealth

products

- AUM, SIP book, cross-sell rates and revenue from investment products

What you will do

Scale and grow

- Own the acquisition-to-activation funnel and push conversion at every step
- Grow AUM and SIP book through better discovery, recommendations and cross-sell from traders to investors
- Launch new investment products and partnerships that open fresh revenue lines
- Work with marketing, sales and partner channels on campaigns and referral loops

Build and manage

- Own the roadmap and drive delivery with engineering, KYC/ops, compliance and external partners (KRAs,

RTAs, payment gateways, AMCs)

- Keep journeys fully compliant while making them faster and simpler
- Run experiments and A/B tests and decide on data

AI-first

- Use AI to cut onboarding friction: automated document checks, smart form-fill, fraud and drop-off prediction,

AI-assisted support

- Build AI-led investing experiences: goal-based recommendations, portfolio insights and personalised nudges
- Use AI tools daily for research, analysis,



prototyping and specs

Non-negotiables

- AI-first approach. You default to AI in how you work (research, specs, analysis, prototyping, testing) and in

what you ship (AI-led features, agents, automation). You can show real examples of both.

- Sound technical depth. You understand how your product works under the hood (APIs, data flows, system

dependencies, latency and failure points) well enough to challenge engineering and make trade-offs.

- End-to-end ownership. You own the outcome, not the backlog: discovery, build, launch, adoption, revenue

and ongoing scale.

- Revenue and growth accountability. You set targets, track them weekly, and know which levers move them.
- Out-of-the-box thinking. You question how things are done today and bring ideas the market has not seen

yet.

- Go-getter and self-learner. You pick up new domains, tools and regulations on your own and move without

waiting for perfect information.

Must-haves

- 2–5 years in product management on consumer fintech, onboarding or investment products
- Demonstrated AI-first way of working, with concrete examples
- Solid technical understanding of onboarding and investment systems: KYC/KRA integrations, APIs, payment

rails (UPI, mandates, NACH), order flows to RTAs/exchanges

- Robust funnel, cohort and experiment skills, with hands-on data analysis
- Record of owning and moving conversion or revenue metrics

Good to have

- Stock broking, AMC or wealth-tech experience
- Familiarity with SEBI, AMFI and KYC regulations
- Experience with partner or B2B2C distribution

What success looks like

- First 90 days: Map the full onboarding funnel with drop-off data and ship quick wins that lift conversion.
- First 12 months: Deliver agreed growth in activated accounts, AUM and SIP book, and launch at least one AI-led onboarding or investing feature in production.

Who we are looking for

A stock broking or fintech background is a strong plus.
