Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions
- Coordinate with the internal teams regarding product availability , Billing & dispatch etc.
- Provide back office support to the sales team, including data entry and payment follow-up.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent client coordination, customer relationship, and sales support skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems independently with minimal supervision.
