Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Review Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) footage and record findings.
Achieve set target of reviews on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Drive consistency and accuracy on identifying any deviation from the ideal or laid out SOPs to provide accurate feedback.
¢ Identify opportunities with technology, systems, policies, and procedures, etc., and escalate to Supervisor.
¢ Maintain a smooth communication channel with business groups through multiple channels.
Education Qualifications - Bachelors Degree
0-1 Years of experience in Retail or AP
Experience with Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook
