Skill set

CATIA V5/V6, 3DX, Tube Routing Design (Metal tube & flexible hoses like AC Lines, Brake Tube)

Domain knowledge

1. Extensive Knowledge in CATIA V5 / 3DX (GSD, Part Modelling, Drawing, Assembly & Kinematics)
2. Expert in Sheetmetal design, Engineering operations, Manufacturing processes
3. Good Knowledge and hands-on experience in GD&T;
4. Positive Knowledge in Teamcenter Engineering & Vismockup
5. Knowledge in WERS, GPDS & DPA 0/1, Global Change Management (GCM) process would be an advantage
6. Having flexibility to work across time zones as role involves extensive interaction globally

Job Description

1. Expertise in Tube routing design & Flexible Hoses (like AC Lines, Brake Tube, Fuel Lines, Cooling system, etc.)
2. Experience in Climate Control design is preferable (AC Lines, HVAC) or similar commodities
3. Responsible for developing CAD models, Drawings & GD&T; in CATIA / 3DX, for Chassis components in Suspension, Brakes, Steering
4. Good understanding of New Product Development process, program milestones and delivery success criteria for Engineering
