1. MRP & Production Planning

- Execute MRP runs as per defined planning frequency.
- Verify MRP parameters before MRP Run.
- Analyze MRP results, exception messages, shortages and excess inventory.
- Ensure correct MRP settings in Material Master.

2. Production BOM Management

- Create and maintain Production BOM in SAP.
- Make BOM changes based on Engineering Change / ECN.
- Ensure correct quantity, UOM, scrap and component applicability.
- Maintain BOM according to the latest drawing/revision.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Production for BOM corrections.

3. Routing & Cycle Time

- Create and maintain production Routing.
- Maintain operation sequence and Work Center.




- Maintain standard machine/manpower setup and processing times.
- Update Cycle Time based on approved time study.
- Verify Standard Value/Cycle Time against actual shop-floor conditions.
- Coordinate with Industrial Engineering/Production for cycle-time validation.

4. Work Center & Capacity

- Maintain relevant Work Centers.
- Ensure correct machine/work-center assignment.
- Maintain capacity and scheduling-related parameters.
- Support capacity planning and bottleneck identification.

6. SAP Master Data Accuracy

- Regularly audit BOM, Routing, Work Center and Production Version.
- Identify and rectify master-data errors.
- Maintain proper change-control records.
- Support SAP master-data cleanup and improvement activities.
