Responsibilities:

- Provide L3 support and manage critical incidents as per SLA.
- Perform server installation, maintenance, monitoring, and decommissioning activities.
- Handle patching, performance optimization, and system health checks.
- Manage monitoring alerts, storage operations, and OS image maintenance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and technical documentation.
- Support automation initiatives and knowledge transfer activities.
- Collaborate with support teams and participate in on-call support when required.

Preferred Profile:

- Strong experience in Linux Administration and Server Management.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of virtualization and cloud platforms.
- Ability to work in support-driven and production environments.
