Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Work extensively on ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), including case management, workflows, and customer service processes.
- Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
- Leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI-powered workflows, and intelligent automation, wherever applicable.
- Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and related platform tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize platform performance, and ensure solution quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, business stakeholders, and clients to deliver scalable solutions.




- For senior and lead-level professionals: drive technical design, mentor developers, review code, and provide technical guidance across projects.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
- Mandatory expertise in CSM (Customer Service Management).
- Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs.
- Exposure to ServiceNow AI capabilities and AI-driven automation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM)

Relevant ServiceNow AI / Now Assist certifications or credentials
