- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for industrial products such as bearings, belts, couplings, gear boxes, and OEM sales.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to drive growth in domestic and export markets.
- Build strong relationships with dealerships and customers to identify new business opportunities and resolve issues.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
Job Requirements :
- 15-20 years of experience in Industrial Sales or related field.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets through effective dealer management and customer relationship building.
- Solid understanding of industrial equipment/machinery industry including bearings, belts, couplings, gear boxes etc.
