Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied medical claims.
- Check claim status and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Communicate with insurance representatives regarding claim status, denials, and payment-related issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of calls, insurance responses, follow-up actions, and claim status in the system.
- Coordinate with billing/coding teams when required to resolve claim-related issues.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating professionally over calls.
- Willing to work in a permanent night shift supporting US Healthcare operations.
- Positive listening, problem-solving, and basic computer skills.
Note: B.E./B.Tech graduates are not eligible
