Electronics Degree must with 6-10 Year Experience in PLC (Assembly Line- Electrical Maintenance)

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage electrical maintenance activities for production assembly equipment and machinery.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and attend machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Monitor equipment efficiency, utilization, and performance to achieve production targets.
- Support machine setup, new product trials, and process parameter optimization.
- Implement Kaizen, Kanban, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and production processes.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, procurement, and other cross-functional teams.
- Lead and guide team members, allocate tasks, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Drive cost reduction, equipment reliability, and productivity improvement initiatives.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 610 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or production setting.
- Hands-on experience in assembly line maintenance, preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of machine setup, equipment performance monitoring, and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, the 7 Quality Control Tools, and Statistical Process Control.
- Strong leadership, team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple activities effectively.
- Experience in improving productivity, reducing machine downtime, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
