Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

- Sound practical knowledge across key areas of Chartered Accountancy practice.

- A proactive approach to work allocation, follow-ups and timely completion of assignments.

- The ability to guide, train and support team members, including CAs, CA Intermediates, articles and other staff.

- Good communication skills and the confidence to coordinate with clients and colleagues.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.

- A willingness to take ownership, resolve routine issues independently and escalate complex matters appropriately.

Key Areas of Exposure

- Direct Tax: Income-tax returns, tax audits, TDS compliance and related matters.

- GST: GST returns, reconciliations, annual compliance and related assignments.

- Accounting & Financial Statements: Preparation, review and finalisation of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

- Audit & Assurance: Statutory audits, internal audits and related assignments.

- Regulatory Compliance: Corporate and other applicable statutory compliances.

- Excel & Technology:



Good working knowledge of MS Excel. ERP/SAP exposure will be an advantage.

Exposure to transfer pricing, international taxation, tax representations and litigation will be an added advantage but is not essential. Role & responsibilities
