We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil or architectural engineering and be willing to travel across the country.

Roles and Responsibility

- Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction problems.
- Develop and implement effective construction methods and techniques to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations on site.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

- ITI/Diploma/BE in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Proven experience in site supervision or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi languages.
- Willingness to travel all over India.
