Role Overview:
Responsible for driving corporate salary acquisitions, managing key corporate relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new corporate accounts for salary program.
- Must have team handling experience of 1 year plus .
- Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, CHROs & corporate decision-makers.
- Lead and mentor sales team to achieve targets and strengthen market presence.
- Negotiate and close high-value corporate agreements.
- Identify current market opportunities and drive strategic sales initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics, compliance, and documentation during onboarding.
