We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, motivate, and monitor the sales team.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Manage leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer relationships.

- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and business growth.

- Handle customer objections and escalations.

- Track team performance through MIS and sales reports.

- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

- Identify current business opportunities and improve conversion rates.
