At Intezine, we are strengthening our project execution and commercial management capabilities. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who understands both the numbers and the realities of executing corporate interior projects.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates for corporate interior projects.
- Analyse drawings, specifications and tender documents to identify scope and quantity requirements.
- Prepare rate analysis, compare vendor quotations and support procurement decisions.
- Track project costs, variations, extra items and deviations from approved budgets.
- Verify contractor bills, subcontractor measurements and RA bills against actual site progress.
- Coordinate with design, project execution,



procurement and accounts teams to maintain commercial accuracy.
- Assist in tender preparation, client billing and final project reconciliation.

Preferred candidate profile

- 37 years of experience, preferably in corporate interiors or commercial fit-out projects.
- Robust knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, rate analysis and billing.
- Ability to read architectural, civil and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in Excel and quantity estimation tools; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, commercially aware and comfortable coordinating with site teams, vendors and clients.
