Job Tittle : FreeSwitch, C++/C
Location: Bangalore, Pune, Delhi, Kochi and Hyderabad
Preferred candidate profile
Must have: • FreeSWITCH hands-on (dialplan, modules, ESL/API integrations) • free switch with C or C++ dev programming • • WebRTC stack (ICE, STUN/TURN, DTLS-SRTP, SDP, mod_verto, WSS) • SIP proficiency (RFC 3261, trunk config, NAT, codec tuning, RTP optimization, SRTP/TLS) • Integrate FreeSWITCH with Contact Center platforms (custom CCaaS stacks). • Configure ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), skill-based routing, and queue management via mod_callcenter or fifo queues. • Enable call recording, monitoring, whisper/barge, and supervisor features.
Roles and responsibilites:
• Health monitoring, incident response, log tracing, change mgmt • Gateway deploy, WSS, TURN, ICE/DTLS troubleshooting, codec mgmt • Runbooks, SOPs, cross-team collab, Log analysis.
