Role Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end Government tender activities across GeM and other e-procurement portals, ensuring timely submission and compliance to drive business closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track tenders on GeM, CPPP & State portals.
- Prepare and submit technical & financial bids.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and timelines.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings & submit representations.
- Track tender status and maintain MIS/documentation.

Key Skills

- Experience in GeM & e-tendering platforms.
- Knowledge of BOQ and price bids.
- Solid coordination & documentation skills.
- Ability to engage with Government stakeholders.

Key Expectations

- Timely and accurate tender submissions.
- Up-to-date Tender MIS, EMD Tracker, and Document MIS.
- Proactive follow-up on tender status, L1 results, EMD refunds, and document renewals.
- Independent management of assigned tender activities with minimal supervision.
