Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accounts Head to oversee the companys accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance functions. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts.

- Manage GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.

- Prepare and review budgets, financial statements, and MIS reports for management.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.

- Ensure timely completion of audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.

- Establish and maintain effective financial controls and accounting procedures.

- Ledger Reconciliation of all types

- Lead and guide the accounts and finance team.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.





- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

- Primary & Secondary Transport Payment Verification

- Monthly Tentative & Actual Landing Cost

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial management.

- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and MIS reporting.

- Good understanding of FMCG business operations and inventory accounting.

- Solid leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.

- Excellent communication and team management abilities.

Preferred Candidate

A seasoned finance professional with strong expertise in accounting and compliance, preferably having experience in the FMCG industry and the ability to manage the complete accounts function independently.
