Job Summary
At PwC, our SAP Advisory practice helps clients design, implement, and optimise their business applications to improve operational efficiency. As an SAP PP Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading blueprinting workshops, delivering end-to-end implementations, managing complex system configurations, and providing post-go-live support tailored to various manufacturing environments (Discrete, Repetitive, or Process manufacturing).

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Implementation: Lead and deliver full-lifecycle SAP PP implementations, including requirement gathering, business blueprinting, system configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment.
- Business Process Mapping: Analyse complex manufacturing and supply chain business processes, identifying gaps and translating user requirements into scalable SAP functional specifications.
- Core Configuration: Extensively configure SAP PP master data (BOMs, Work Centres, Routings, Production Versions) and core planning engines like Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Capacity Planning.
- Cross-Module Integration: Collaborate closely with other functional tracks to ensure seamless cross-functional integration, specifically with SAP QM (Quality Management),



SAP MM (Materials Management), and SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
- Client Management: Act as the primary functional touchpoint for client stakeholders, leading workshops, providing system walkthroughs, and delivering end-user training.
- Mandatory Skill Sets & Technical Expertise

- Core SAP PP Capabilities: Deep expertise in configuration of Demand Management, MRP processes, Shop Floor Operations, Production Order Execution, and Capacity Levelling.
- S/4HANA Experience: Hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing environments and utilizing Fiori applications.
- Manufacturing Domain Knowledge: Clear understanding of discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, or repetitive manufacturing landscapes.
- Tools & Testing: Proficient in creating system test scripts, executing Unit Testing, Integration Testing (UAT), and handling data migration using tools like LTMC or LSMW.
- Preferred / Positive-to-Have Skills

- SAP PP/QM Hybrid: Dual capability or experience configuring SAP QM (Inspection lots, result recording, and quality notifications) is highly preferred.
- Global Exposure: Prior experience working on global rollouts or large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Certification: An official SAP S/4HANA Production Planning certification.
- Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 3 to 8 years of core SAP PP functional consulting experience.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or a regular MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related stream.
