We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to drive and manage the Gold loan business through open market sales in the assigned territory. The role involves achieving sales and disbursement targets, building and managing the sales team, developing sourcing channels and maintaining healthy portfolio quality.

Job Responsibilities

- Drive Gold Loan business through open market and field sales.
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned business targets.
- Develop current customer acquisition channels and local market opportunities.
- Guide the team on lead generation, customer acquisition and conversion.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer and market relationships.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for documentation and loan processing.
- Prepare and share regular business and team performance updates.




- Build and manage your own sales team by actively sourcing and recruiting suitable Sales Executives for the assigned location.
- Take responsibility for team building, hiring, training, guiding and monitoring the team to achieve the assigned business targets.
- Continuously maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to ensure the required team strength is maintained.

Eligibility

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in core Gold Loan sales.
- Prior team-handling experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Gold Loan products and open-market sales.
- Good leadership, communication and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates available immediately or within 30 days preferred.
