Job Summary

CIEL HR is looking for an experienced Team Lead Bulk Hiring to manage high-volume recruitment for e-commerce operations across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills and experience in bulk hiring for blue-collar profiles, including Pickers, Packers, and Loaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a recruitment team to achieve bulk hiring targets.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for e-commerce and warehouse operations.
- Drive high-volume hiring for Pickers, Packers, Loaders, and other blue-collar positions.
- Coordinate with clients and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
- Monitor daily recruitment targets, joining ratios, and hiring turnaround time.
- Manage candidate sourcing, screening,



interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Track recruitment performance and prepare daily and weekly hiring reports.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of client manpower requirements across Kerala.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 3–6 years of team-handling experience.
- Proven experience in bulk recruitment or high-volume hiring.
- Experience hiring blue-collar candidates for e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Strong team management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment workplace.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
