Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain high-availability infrastructure for web servers, application servers, and middleware platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to clustering, security, and performance optimization on IBM WebSphere environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of errors and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in System Administration (Web Server).
- Strong knowledge of clustering technologies such as HA/HA clusters.
- Experience with IBM WebSphere setting including installation, configuration, maintenance tasks.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues using various tools like Wireshark etc.
