Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented skilled to support Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in policy lifecycle management, renewals, client servicing, and coordination with branch teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for the branch, providing comprehensive operational support.

- Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle services, including policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and related activities.

- Participate in renewal review meetings alongside Producers, Client Service Managers (CSMs), and the sales team.

- Support a team of 57 Client Service Managers at the branch.

- Proactively initiate pre-renewal and post-renewal activities and ensure timely completion.

- Monitor and follow up on triggered activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

- Handle queries effectively while minimizing rework at the service center.

- Collaborate with branch teams to identify time-consuming activities that can be transitioned to the service center.





- Build and maintain positive relationships with branch staff to enhance the overall customer experience.

- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to process guidelines and service-level agreements.

Requirements

- Any graduate.

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance operations or related insurance servicing.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of policy servicing, renewals, and insurance operations.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with insurance brokers, carriers, or insurance service centers.

- Knowledge of policy administration, endorsements, and renewal processing.

- Experience coordinating with Client Service Managers, Producers, and branch teams.
