- Minimum 6 months of HR Recruitment experience
- Hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, Screening & Interview Coordination
- Age: 20-34 years
Salary: 14,800 to 20,000 In hand / CTC
Salary based on relevant experience and interview performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Conduct recruitment calls and candidate follow-ups
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Follow up for selection and joining
- Maintain recruitment MIS and achieve hiring targets
Work Details
Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Week Off: Sunday off
