Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Utility & Project Manager to manage factory utility operations, maintenance, statutory compliance, energy efficiency, and small engineering projects in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the operation and maintenance of boilers, chillers, HVAC, ammonia refrigeration systems, DG sets, air compressors, and water treatment plants.
- Ensure equipment uptime and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Handle statutory compliance related to boilers, fire safety, fuel storage, factory licenses, and pollution control.
- Manage maintenance teams,



outsourced manpower, vendors, and service providers.
- Drive energy efficiency, water conservation, cost-saving initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, GHP, and HACCP requirements.
- Plan and execute minor engineering and capital expenditure projects.
- Manage project budgets, vendor selection, procurement coordination, cost tracking, and asset capitalization.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
