Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage commercial leasing transactions from initial contact to final execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and productive workflow throughout the leasing process.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in commercial leasing or related field (commercial real estate, corporate leasing).
- Strong knowledge of office space management, retail leasing, space selling, and lease administration.
- Proven track record in closing complex deals under tight deadlines while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
