We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Executive Accounts Payable to manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations for our Gujarat-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & P2P Operations

- Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders, contractual terms, quantities, pricing, and delivery documentation.
- Manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including invoice booking, advances, debit/credit notes, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and project site teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and GRN-related issues.
- Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve outstanding balances and payment discrepancies.

GST & TDS Compliance

- Ensure GST and TDS compliance during invoice processing.
- Verify vendor GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, applicable tax rates, and supporting documents.
- Perform GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation and coordinate with vendors to resolve mismatches for Input Tax Credit (ITC).
- Ensure timely TDS deduction and deposit, and support TDS return filing.




- Assist with statutory audits, GST audits, and tax audit documentation.

Accounting, Reporting & Systems

- Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate accounting records using SAP HANA / SAP FI-MM and Tally.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare AP ageing reports, vendor reconciliation statements, and periodic MIS reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing, including provisions and accruals.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital documentation for audit purposes.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable / Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and vendor reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA / SAP FI-MM.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, and English is preferred.

- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, EPC, or manufacturing organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple project-related vendor accounts and meet payment timelines.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and commitment to statutory compliance.
