Role & responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

- Troubleshoot electrical faults in lighting, power circuits, switches, sockets, and distribution boards.
- Inspect and maintain LT panels, electrical panels, MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, and circuit breakers.
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment, motors, pumps, and other building services.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and resolve complaints within the required timeframe.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain electrical maintenance checklists.
- Support maintenance of DG sets, UPS systems, batteries, and emergency lighting, as applicable.
- Assist with basic maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and other facility services as required for a multi-skilled role.
- Maintain daily maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and work completion records.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) practices.
- Coordinate with the Facility Manager, Shift Engineer, and other maintenance team members.
