Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven professional with 5+ years of experience in relationship management or business development to work closely with the Kolkata Partners Group. The role will focus on supporting business development initiatives, strengthening client relationships, identifying prospective clients, and facilitating current business opportunities in the Kolkata market.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Kolkata Partners Group to participate in business development discussions and develop actionable growth plans.
- Document discussions, circulate meeting minutes, track action points, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Identify prospective clients and key decision-makers where existing Partner relationships are not established.
- Initiate client outreach, build rapport with prospective clients, and arrange introductory meetings with the relevant Partners.
- Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients, business leaders, and senior decision-makers across Kolkata.




- Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective clients, meetings, follow-ups, and business development opportunities.
- Research the local business landscape to identify target organisations, potential clients, and new avenues for growth.
- Coordinate with Partners and internal teams to support the execution of business development initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior corporate stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with a strong focus on client engagement and business development.
