Job Summary

Responsible for managing Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance for a Data Center construction project, ensuring safe execution of all site activities, contractor compliance, and adherence to statutory and client safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor project HSE plans, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and client safety standards.
- Manage permit-to-work systems, LOTO, work-at-height, lifting, hot work, and confined space activities.
- Review contractor method statements, JSA/JHA, and safety documentation.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, ensuring corrective actions.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.




- Prepare HSE reports and present safety performance metrics to project stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety.
- NEBOSH IGC preferred.
- ISO 45001 knowledge preferred.

Required Experience

- 7-9 years of construction safety experience.
- Experience in Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Industrial, or Large Infrastructure projects.
- Prior PMC/Owner's Consultant experience preferred.
