Job Title: Traffic Management Engineer Site Leader

Location: Bengaluru (T. Dasarahalli, tentative)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (18 Months) Founding Team

Working Hours: Day shift 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

About the Prospect:

- We are helping an established manufacturer of intelligent transport systems, road information displays, and traffic safety equipment build their founding team in India.
- As they launch their Bengaluru operations, this 1.5-year contract serves as the setup phase, with the expectation of transitioning into a permanent leadership role once the Indian subsidiary is officially registered.

Role Summary:

- As the Site Leader, you will own the on-ground management of traffic control materials at construction sites, ensuring work zones are safely set up in compliance with IRC:55 guidelines.
- You will lead the sites traffic marshal teams and ensure all equipment and warehouse operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage the transport, installation, operation, and removal of traffic control materials (cones, barriers, LED warning signs) at work zones.
- Lead the day-to-day deployment and supervision of traffic marshals/security guards.
- Manage warehouse operations, including stock,



storage, dispatch, and maintenance of all equipment.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders regarding site requirements and schedules.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain accurate records using MS Excel and Word.

STRICT MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

1. IRC:55 Expertise: You must possess practical, on-ground knowledge of IRC:55 (Guidelines on Safety in Road Construction Zones).
2. 5+ Years of Site Supervision: You must have hands-on experience deploying traffic marshals, setting up work zones safely, and managing warehouse inventory/equipment.
3. Trilingual Fluency: You must have business-level spoken fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada. (English fluency will be strictly tested during the initial screening call).
4. Reporting Skills: You must be proficient in using MS Excel and Word for filing daily site and inventory reports.

Preferred Qualifications

- Traffic Safety Marshal training certificate or ID (Certification Code: QC-2.5-CO-02089-2024-V1-SSDF).
