Job Summary

We are looking for a Floor Performance Manager to oversee daily sales floor activities, manage team productivity, and ensure achievement of admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Track calls, follow-ups, leads, and admission conversions.
- Review individual and team performance regularly.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective action.
- Guide, motivate, and support team members to improve productivity.
- Conduct daily performance reviews and target discussions.
- Ensure proper CRM updates and accurate reporting.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and work efficiency on the floor.
- Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies and results.

- Positive analytical and performance-tracking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 - 7 years of experience in sales, team handling, or floor management.
- Experience in EdTech or admission sales will be an advantage.
