Role & responsibilities
- Deploy and manage daily/shift manpower rosters, attendance tracking, and floor allocation.
- Operational Oversight: Direct daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch.
- HR & Staffing Liaison: Coordinate with internal HR or manpower vendor agencies for worker replacement, onboarding, and compliance.
- Productivity & KPI Ownership: Track output metrics, turnaround times, and labor utilization rates.
