Position: Design Engineer
Location: Chakan, Pune
Experience: 2-6 Years
Department: Design Engineering
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and development of automotive heat exchangers including Radiators, Intercoolers, Condensers, Evaporators, Heaters, and Oil Coolers.
- Creation of 3D models, engineering drawings, and BOMs using Creo/CATIA.
- Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Suppliers, and Customers during product development.
- Support APQP activities and design release processes.
- Prepare Design Validation Plans (DVP) and conduct DFMEA activities.
- Ensure product designs meet performance, quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
- Participate in prototype development, testing, validation, and engineering change management.
