JD:

- Mandatory Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Time Tracking and/or Absence Management in an analyst, configurator, or technical lead role.
- Minimum two full lifecycle implementations of Time and/or Absence (design golive).
- Strong understanding of Payroll concepts, time entry logic, accrual rules, and compliance
- Experience with Workday API/web services.
- Familiarity with all domain components: configuration, BP, security, integrations, reporting.
- Experience using PMM (waterfall) or similar structured project methodologies.
- Robust analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and drive deliverables with minimal guidance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functional and technical teams.
