Summary

iitjobs is looking for a Workday Functional Analyst (Time, Attendance, Absence & Payroll) who will support the design, configuration, and implementation of enterprise workforce management and payroll solutions. This role partners with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable, compliant, and operationally efficient solutions across multiple projects. The ideal candidate brings deep functional domain expertise, robust analytical skills, and experience delivering enhancements and implementations using a structured project methodology.

Mandatory Qualifications:-

- 5+ years hands-on experience with Time Tracking and/or Absence Management in an analyst, configurator, or technical lead role.




- Minimum two full lifecycle implementations of Time and/or Absence (design golive).
- Strong understanding of Payroll concepts, time entry logic, accrual rules, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Workday API/web services.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:-

- Experience as a Time Administrator, Payroll Administrator, or related operational role.
- Prior involvement in Payroll implementations.
- PMM, Agile, or SCRUM certification.
