Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Trainer EVBV / Prior Authorization with strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM to train new hires and existing employees on eligibility and benefits verification and prior authorization processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct process training on EVBV and Prior Authorization workflows.
- Train employees on insurance eligibility, benefits, payer guidelines, and authorization requirements.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and assessments.
- Conduct knowledge assessments, mock calls, and refresher training.
- Monitor trainee performance, identify gaps, and coordinate with Operations and QA teams.
- Maintain training reports and ensure process accuracy and compliance.
- Required Skills:

- 3-6 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Hands-on experience in EVBV and Prior Authorization.
- Prior experience as a Trainer, SME, Team coach.Line trainer.
- Robust communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of payer portals, insurance workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
