Job Brief: Join JSW Steel Limited's Compact Strip Production Caster Mill team as a key engineering skilled responsible for overseeing and optimizing the continuous casting and rolling processes. Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control the compact strip production casting and rolling processes to ensure adherence to quality and production targets.
- Analyze process parameters and metallurgical data to optimize product quality and minimize defects.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of casting and mill equipment.
- Implement process improvements and technological upgrades to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental,



and quality standards specific to steel manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with RD and quality assurance teams to develop new steel grades and improve existing products.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation related to process performance and equipment status.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and operators on process control and best practices within the compact strip production line.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams to support plant expansions, upgrades, and new technology implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:
