About the Role

Adda247 is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and target-oriented Sales Interns to join our Faculty Excellence Program team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in sales, counselling, and business development in the EdTech industry.

The selected candidates will engage with prospective customers, explain the Faculty Excellence Program, understand their requirements, and help drive enrolments.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective customers through calls and other communication channels to promote the Faculty Excellence Program.
- Explain program features, benefits, and offerings to interested candidates.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable program options.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into enrolments.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up records, and sales reports.
- Address customer queries and provide a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth enrolment and onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and candidates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in interacting with customers over calls.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.

Internship & Career Opportunity

- Duration: 1 month.
- Stipend: 8,000 for the internship month.
- PPO Opportunity: Eligible interns may receive a Pre-Placement Offer based on their performance.
- Full-Time Conversion: Successful candidates may be converted to full-time employees after completing the one-month internship, subject to performance.
