Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced
Branch Manager
Broking to drive branch business, client acquisition, revenue growth, and team performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and business development.
- Drive acquisition of new clients and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Generate revenue through broking, trading, and Demat services.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the branch sales team.
- Achieve branch targets and ensure quality customer service.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Eligibility:
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 510 years of experience in stock broking/financial services.
- Robust sales, team management, and client relationship skills.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets.
