Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct surveys to gather data on existing spaces, including measurements, layouts, and conditions.
- Analyze survey results to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations for space planning.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to design recent spaces or modify existing ones.
- Perform feasibility checks on proposed designs to ensure they meet client requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in surveying or a related field (e.g., architecture).
- Strong understanding of spatial planning principles and practices.
- Proficiency in mapping software (e.g., AutoCAD) and ability to create accurate floor plans.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
