Role Description
We are seeking recent graduates who are passionate about building a career in the hospitality industry. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training across all functional areas of the business, including:

- Front Office
- Housekeeping
- Property Maintenance
- Food & Beverage
- Human Resources
- Accounting
- Procurement
- Guest Recreation
- General Management

The program is designed to develop frontline leadership capability. Candidates will be required to live on-site in staff accommodation provided by the company and work a six-day week.

Required Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

- Stipend of 15,000 per month during the six-month training and probation period
- Revised compensation upon successful completion of the training period
