Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer specializing in Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent multi-agent systems using Google ADK or similar frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills, hands-on GCP and Vertex AI experience, and expertise in AI evaluation, agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop multi-agent systems using Google ADK or similar frameworks.
- Build sequential and loop-based agent workflows for complex reasoning and data retrieval.
- Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows, including interrupt-and-resume patterns.
- Apply reasoning techniques such as ReAct, Chain-of-Thought (CoT), and Self-Reflection.
- Develop AI evaluation frameworks using Precision, Recall, F1 Score,



trajectory analysis, and faithfulness metrics.
- Optimize LLM context usage and improve agent reliability and accuracy.
- Deploy and maintain AI agents on GCP and Vertex AI.
- Perform debugging, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI applications.

Must-Have Skills

- Solid Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with GCP and Vertex AI.
- Experience in Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures.
- Experience with Google ADK or similar agent frameworks.
- Understanding of sequential and loop-based workflows.
- Knowledge of LLM tuning, including SFT, CoT, and ReAct.
- Experience with AI evaluation metrics, including Precision, Recall, and F1 Score.
- Experience in data analysis, agent deployment, debugging, and RCA.
- Familiarity with Human-in-the-Loop and interrupt-and-resume workflows.
- Strong communication and customer collaboration skills.
