Position Title: Shift Engineer

Location: Pantnagar Suspension Division

Plant / Corporate: ETL
Level (Grades): O2/E

Qualification: Degree/Diploma/Mechanical Engg.

Mandatory : Knowledge of Assembly Process

Preferred : Similar Industry

Experience:
Number of Years: 4-8 YEARS

Function: Production
Male/Female

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:
1-On hand experience of Assembly processes.2- Knowledge of various defect trouble shooting in the processes.3- Audit skill of product and process.4- Awareness of audit system (External / Internal) Like IATF16949:2016,

ISO14000, OHSAS18000.5- Knowledge of SAP.6- MIS Preparation.7-Knowledge of PFD,PFMEA,CP, HIRA, ASPECT/Impact.8- Effective participation to improve process through SMED, ECRS, Pokayoke etc.

Handling the day to day issues,
Preference for having experience of internal audit for IATF/EMS/OHSAS,
