We are looking for a person to lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets, drive revenue growth, improve lead conversions, and ensure effective sales execution through performance monitoring, customer relationship management, and strategic sales planning.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads, improve conversions, and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, lead follow-ups, and booking closures.
- Support team members in customer negotiations, property presentations, site visits, and deal closures.
- Handle high-value clients, escalated customer queries, and complex sales negotiations.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Presales, CRM, and other internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Review daily sales reports, lead status, site visits, bookings, and conversion ratios.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.




- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
- Ensure adherence to company sales policies, pricing guidelines, documentation processes, and compliance requirements.
- Drive customer satisfaction, referral business, and long-term relationship building.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
- 10-15 years of experience in real estate sales, with prior experience in team handling.
- Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing property deals.
- Excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate products, pricing, payment plans, and sales documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace and manage multiple priorities.
