Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand needs and adapt the applications accordingly is a key part of the work, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the software services provided.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application configuration and support.
- Experience working with APIs and integration tools to extend application capabilities.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and automate business processes.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements to ensure stability.
- Valuable communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
